Terms of service

* Please note that due to variations in monitor and mobile screen settings, the actual color or texture of the final product may differ slightly from what is displayed. As a result, exchanges cannot be accommodated for this reason.
* All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted under standard conditions.
* We will only offer an exchange for products with a manufacturing defect, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* Please note that the product must be unused, with its original labels and tags intact. Items that have been worn, stained, marked, or carry body odor or perfume scent will not be eligible for exchange. After a thorough inspection, an exchange will be offered for a product of the same value or store credit for future purchases.
* There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
* All customers are hereby informed that, as per the terms and conditions of Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier company does not permit package inspection before payment.
* Please do not ask the delivery personnel to open the package before making the payment, as it is against the Cash on Delivery (COD) regulations in Pakistan.
* The estimated delivery time for orders within Pakistan is 5 to 7 working days if the product is in stock. If unavailable, the customer will be notified accordingly.
* For international customers, the delivery time is approximately 15 working days if the product is in stock. If unavailable, the customer will be notified accordingly.
